It is made every morning in the workshop laboratory and perfumes the neighborhood with its sweet, sugary smell.

The Sète boutique, in its warm atmosphere, invites lovers of sweets to explore a world where creativity and excellence intertwine to offer unforgettable moments of pleasure.
And a good dose of chocolate
At the heart of Pralus' expertise is the "bean to bar" process, a well-controlled and well-guarded process that transforms cocoa beans into exquisite chocolate bars. As a master chocolatier, Pralus is committed to creating premium dark chocolate, and offers a collection of 20 bars from fifteen cocoa-producing countries.
Each tablet is the result of a rigorous selection of beans, in which 75% cocoa, a precise dosage of cocoa butter and sugar come together to reveal all the power of the beans' aromas.
This approach, which highlights the terroir and the typical characteristics of the beans, guarantees an exceptional taste experience, allowing chocolate lovers to savor the purity and intensity of the cocoas according to their origin.
The Sète boutique, a temple dedicated to chocolate, offers an immersion into the world of bean to bar chocolate, where each bar is an invitation to a journey of the senses.
