To order online: choose the Online Store tab. Fill your basket and choose your mode of transport. If your account is not created, simply enter your contact details and set a password. Our team will prepare your order and ship it as quickly as possible

In your basket, below your items, you will find a button to activate if your order is a gift.
Then, once your billing information is entered during checkout, below your bank details, you can enter your recipient's delivery information.

When you activate the "this order is a gift" option, a form appears, all you have to do is complete it and your message will be added to your order.

Your payment goes through a secure site on which we cannot act. We advise you to check the expiry date of your credit card, repeat the operation or use another card. If the problem persists, we invite you to contact your bank to find out the reason for the payment refusal.

Which carrier should I choose for my order?
Which carrier should I choose for my order?
If you want to be delivered to your home, choose Colissimo, your package will be delivered by your postman within 48 to 72 hours. You prefer to collect it from a relay point, also choose Colissimo at a relay point (delivery 24 to 48 hours). Finally, we offer Chrono 13: you will be delivered the next day before 1 p.m. for any order placed before noon from Monday to Thursday.
How much are the shipping costs?

The amount of delivery costs will be indicated to you once the order is completed, since they are calculated according to the weight of the order, the delivery location, and the chosen carrier.
Shipping costs in Metropolitan France are free for orders over €90 for delivery with Colissimo, and for orders over €120 by Express.
How is the sending of orders organized?

All our orders placed before noon leave the same day (excluding weekends), so our packages leave at 2 p.m. every day.
Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the next day.
Praluline orders are only processed from Monday to Thursday, to avoid a prolonged stay in logistics depots.

We send internet orders all over the world, delivery times depend on the destinations: for Europe between 2 and 4 working days and for large exports 5 to 7 working days.
Make sure to place your order before Thursday 12 p.m., otherwise it will not be processed until the following Monday (to avoid a prolonged stay of packages over the weekend at the Post Office depot).

Praluline keeps very well at room temperature in its packaging, up to 5 days.
Do not place it in the refrigerator .
Gourmet tip: don't hesitate to place your Praluline (by removing its support) for 5 minutes in a hot oven before eating it.

Chocolate candies are not sold online, they are very fragile and have a limited shelf life. You can find our candies in one of our stores .
Our chocolate candies are fresh products, many of which contain cream and butter.
A date appears on the back of your ballotin, however we advise you to consume them within 3 weeks of your purchase and to store them in a dry and cool place, ideally between 14 and 18 degrees.

Praluline contains wheat flour and many of our products are manufactured near laboratories using flour. Allergens are listed and warnings listed on the back of each.

The pastries are only available in the Pralus boutiques in Roanne, Renaison and Charlieu because our pastry laboratory is located in our factory in Roanne.
Only Praluline is made in stores on a daily basis.
In all our stores, in addition to Praluline, we nevertheless offer orange cake, our macaroons and our Florentines.

Chocolate bars and candies are sensitive to temperature differences.
Be sure to store them in a dry, cool place, ideally between 14 and 18 degrees.
If you notice bleaching, it is possible that the product has suffered from a temperature variation (especially during transport): this is not serious, it is cocoa butter which you can remove by wiping it .
What does DLUO / DLC mean?
What does DLUO / DLC mean?
DLUO means Best Before Date . Once the date has passed, the taste and nutritional properties are no longer guaranteed, but the food is not dangerous for health. The best before date indicates the date before which you must consume the product. For chocolate, this is generally two years.

Our dark chocolate bars are made only from plant-based ingredients (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter).
Chocolate-covered beans, Mexican, Brut de Plantation infernal bar, Show cocoa, Cacao Plantation, Pebbles Chuao and square of black coffee can also be suitable for a vegan diet.
Vegetarian diets that do not exclude milk can consume the entire range excluding pastries and nougat.
