Tasting and preparation tips

Very rich in dried fruits (more than 60%), our Pistachio Cream is sensitive to temperature variations. Pistachio oil may rise to the surface or small grains of fat may form. To restore its creamy texture, gently heat the jar of Pistachio Cream in a bain-marie or place it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds, removing its lid.
