Our chocolate from Madagascar 75%, to be enjoyed in fine pebbles. Is it still necessary to present Madagascar cocoa? Its exceptional qualities have been recognized for a long time. The cocoa we chose grows in the Ambaja region (Sambirano basin). It was in Madagascar that François Pralus created his own plantation, on the island of Nosy Be.
