Chuao 75%
West of Caracas, in Venezuela, there is a mythical village. Accessible only by boat, the village of Chuao is bordered to the north by dense tropical forests, and to the south by the Caribbean Sea. For a long time, the cocoa from this area has been renowned as exceptional. A unique terroir, ancestral know-how, traditional drying have made this cocoa the most sought after in the world and the best. The tiny production has made it a rare product that we are proud to present to you.
This chocolate is balanced in bitterness and acidity, woody, full-bodied.

Cuyagua 75%
Cuyagua is a small village located opposite Chuao. The quality of its cocoa is due to the type of trees present on the plantations, mainly Criollos, but also to a method of cultivation, fermentation and drying that is more than a century old. It is the closest cocoa to Chuao in all of Venezuela. The unique local conditions, as well as the work of our chocolatier, have allowed us to develop the exceptional aromas of this cocoa. A great origin! Slightly bitter, slightly fruity raspberry.

Porcelana 75%
South of Lake Maracaibo, in Venezuela, are the plantations of pure Porcelana, one of the best cocoas in the world, but also one of the rarest. The name of this cocoa comes from the incredibly white color of the beans. Our chocolate has a light color, characteristic fruit notes. A unique experience.
Fruity, low tannin and very low acidity.
