Tasting and preparation tips

Very rich in dried fruits, our Hazelnut cream is sensitive to temperature variations. Vegetable oil from fruit may rise to the surface or small grains of fat may form. To restore its creamy texture, gently reheat the pot of hazelnut cream in a bain-marie or place it in the microwave for 10 seconds, removing its lid.
