An original grand cru in the Carré de café® range. This is a Moka Sidamo from Ethiopia, which mocha lovers will particularly appreciate for its floral and tangy notes. Texture, power and sweetness of chocolate, but without chocolate! It's definitely coffee... delicious, Vincent Ferniot's childhood dream come true and realized by his friend François Pralus.
