Thus, the iron box of the ballotins was replaced by cardboard made with cocoa residue. Small cardboard bags and boxes have taken the place of the plastic boxes that contained our sweets. Macaron boxes are now free of plastic packing. All of this packaging is manufactured not far from our factory in Roanne, in Saône-et-Loire. For Easter, most of our chocolate castings were also repackaged in recyclable cardboard boxes.
